Week 24 – Best fishing ever, some say.

This week a lot of nice fish were caught along the coastline. Vejle fjord has been unbelievable. The inner part of the fjord has been fishing extremely well. Fish up to 70cm were caught during the week! Some fishermen were talking about they have never seen the fishing this good before.

Lillebaelt and Kolding fjord has also been fishing okay. Some nice seatrouts have also been caught here. So all together this week has been very good around the coastline here.

Vejle å: On Thursday we had some heavy rain here so the water level went up 15cm. This was what we needed. And the seatrouts started to rise to the river. Thursday evening 2 very nice fish were caught on the lower part of Vejle å: 6 and 7,5 kilo. Friday 10 fish were caught all between 4 and 8 kilo. So the season finally started!
