By Jesper Havshøi – Fish and Outdoor - Fredericia This week the guys from flyfever seatrout trip visited us. It was great meeting each other again. I fished two days together with the group and experienced some tough fishing during the week with fantastic weather. In the beginning of last week everything seemed to be perfect, quit some strikes and a good amount of fish was caught. Tuesday it looked like the fish was totally gone in the fjord and it didn't get any better during the rest of the week. Some fish were taken, but no big ones. Along the coast it was much better. Quit some decent fish above 60 centimeters were taken during the week. Most of them were caught on Magnus patterns and pategrise kind of flies. Yesterday I fished Skjern A again and unfortunately without any result. Kasper thought he had a salmon on, but it appeared to be a pike. This week a complete report of week 16 will be published on flyfever.com with many more pictures, so stay tuned! Here a little preview of some nice pics.
It was great meeting the crazy Dutch fishermen again.
In the fjord this Danish colleague took a very nice fish on 61 centimeters.
Peter got some nice silver fish during the week.
Chris fished hard all week long and was rewarded for it.
Jelle listened to the words of my friend Thomas and also got rewarded: "Be patient my friend"... Tight Lines! Jesper - info@fish-outdoor.dk - terug -
